Complaint regarding arm chair purchased from Flipkart

I recently purchased a product “GREEN SOUL Jupiter Superb High Back Ergonomic | Home, Office| 2D Armrest | Lumbar Support Mesh Office Adjustable Arm Chair” from Flipkart, the same was delivered on Sept 29th. On seeing that the product is not in an assembled state I called the customer care on Sept 30th, only to know that its a extra service which I have to select while ordering I requested for the same and received an email that the request would be taken care of by Oct 3rd. Called again on Oct 2nd to check and again got an ETA of Oct 5th. Called again on Oct 4th and I was again asked to wait for another 24 to 48 hrs without any action taken from the Flipkart customer support
