Complaint regarding bad delivery by booksbunny portal

I ordered 2 books from a site called books bunny (https[:]//www.booksbunny.in/) on 14 may 2024 , and i received those books on 19 may 2024 , so when i unwrapped the item , books pages are badly printed , some pages are blank and in some pages lines were mixed , like you cant read properly so i tried to contact them vial mail also through there whatsapp customer service number (8xxxxxxxxx) , number is totally active i have chat with them before receiving my order , so i want to return my item , i tried to contact them on whatsapp now no one is responding , no reply via mail too. And i have read there return policies , item returned within 3 days will be accepted . So acc to there policies im returning in time line. But thing is they are not responding , i have paid from that order via UPI , please do something
