I purchased a Pulsar N250 motorcycle from the manufacturer of Bajaj Auto through the dealer Popular Bajaj, Bannerghatta road, Bangalore. The vehicle had problem since the day of delivery and the same was informed to the dealer and manufacturer through different forums and multiple times. However, there are no solution provided from 6 months almost. And now the dealer and manufacturer pretend to say that the vehicle does not have any issue and in good condition and trying to escape and not agreeing to provide any solution. Due to this bitter incident I’m completely disappointed with my purchase that cost me more than 2 lakhs INR.
Hence in this case I would like to get a new replacement or a full refund of the vehicle from the brand.
