Today morning i booked a car thru ola ref CRN7xxxxxxx8. the route was from khel gaon marg to east kidwai nagar to international airport. the driver’s number was 9xxxxxxxx2 .
I together with a friend who was a foreigner from England left at 5;30 am and the driver dropped me at East kidwai nagar. when it came to dropping my friend at the international airport he misbehaved and said disgusting things to her. when she was getting off, he said the meter was not working and then made a scene to claim Rs 1700 from her for a ride that initially when i had looked at the time of start was only 480/-. she was in tears and she paid the amount as she could not get in touch with me on the phone.
His license should be cancelled and i demand an apology from OLA together with the refund
