I was using big bazaar profit club card since last 6-7 years. Today when I visited Big Bazar, Ambience mall, gurgaon then I got to know that big bazaar has closed his service at this place & even on other places too.
I need to know that what will happen to my balance present in profit club card which is 11,000/- .
I have also mailed several times to care[@[bigbazaar.com but no response.

HAVE BIG BAZAR PROFIT CLUB MEMBERSHIP CARD
I have a big bazaar profit club membership card. Big bazar was closed without intimation and refunding the balance amount Rs. 8000/- in card. Future Retail / Big Bazar has cheated me by not giving my money back.
Atleast now, Big Bazar has to provide right information about how to get refund balance money in card.
