I was using big bazaar profit club card since last 6-7 years. Today when I visited Big Bazar, Ambience mall, gurgaon then I got to know that big bazaar has closed his service at this place & even on other places too.
I need to know that what will happen to my balance present in profit club card which is 11,000/- .
I have also mailed several times to care[@[bigbazaar.com but no response.

Replacement of Khadai by Homeshop18: Pratibha Goel of Ambala cantt, Haryana (gpratibha.phy[@]gmail.com) bought a tawa, fry pan and khadai set from HS18. The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace. Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund. Refund from Suitslabel – Rs.990/-: Ms Dilna D, Trivandrum had placed an order for designer kurtis on Suitslabel 06-04-2019 against cash on delivery. Customer received a different product and not the same as shown in the portal and ordered by her. She emailed to them about the discrepancy but there was no response. I have a big bazaar profit club membership card. Big bazar was closed without intimation and refunding the balance amount Rs. 8000/- in card. Future Retail / Big Bazar has cheated me by not giving my money back.
Atleast now, Big Bazar has to provide right information about how to get refund balance money in card.
