I am writing to register a complaint regarding an issue I encountered with the Big Bazaar Profit Card.
I purchased a Big Bazaar Profit Card with a balance of INR 10,000 from the Big Bazaar outlet in Ranchi. I was pleased with the convenience and benefits offered by the card, allowing me to shop at various Big Bazaar stores.
However, my satisfaction turned into disappointment when, after just two months of purchasing the card, all Big Bazaar shops in the area suddenly closed down. This unfortunate situation has left me with no means to utilize the remaining balance on my card.
I kindly request your urgent attention to this matter and seek assistance in recovering the full amount of INR 10,000 that remains on my Big Bazaar Profit Card.
