Having reliance big tv got fault more than one month error 400 message is displayed in tv tried customer care but the service centre was not available due to big tv winding up problems mean while my amount of rs 550 available was taken away. on 22 jan 2018 i was able to contact big tv consumer care they told u have to recharge first to get service request i recharge for rs250 . After that they given service request no 258883261 on 22nd jan & said the problem will be resolved within 48 hrs. But still now they not send any executive for service .called 3 times to customer care they r saying we will send as early as posssible ..but still not came & they r continioully deducting my money for the plan & saying we can only forward the complaint we cannot do anything. consumer id 200685016173
