I had taken Profit club card (No. 9226xxxxxxxxxxx08) from BigBazaar store in Wakad Pune (Xion mall). The sales guy from there asked me to add 10000 Rs in the card and then I would be able to use 12000 as offer in 1 year duration.
I had added 10000 Rs and barely used 1000 from it and now BigBazaar stores are closed. The sales guy who was earlier in BigBazaar is now in reliance in same location (Xion mall). I visited multiple times there but there’s no proper reply on when I can get my money back. Nobody from BigBazaar helps. I am not able to call on their helpline number 1800 266 2255 also they are not replying on email (care[@]bigbazaar.com) as well.
I am not sure how I get my money back. Looks like they have made a lot of money from these profit club cards as there are many people like me. I believed in their offer as BigBazaar was such a big name. Do these big names and people make money like this only? Doing fraud with people!
