Complaint regarding bill from Airtel Xstream

Even after termination of services ..Airtel bill has got generated. Value: Very important
I’m an Airtel Xstream black customer. I’ve asked for a disconnection of all my services talking to the customer care person and he sent me a link for clearing all the dues for till that day of usage and I did I also have proofs of payment and they said they’ve terminated services and that area engineer has come and disconnected all the services ..But still bill got generated each month even after termination i request you to look into this issue and help and resolve this issue
