Complaint regarding Bill Pay through SBI Net banking

Delay transaction by SBI net banking. Value: 2743.37. As we pay bill through SBI net banking on 30Dec2020 and refunded back to 8Jan2021 for MGVCL electric bill payment.As transaction not successful as per T+5 rule by bank,we mistime bill payment due to this delay.we inform bank to confirm delay reason but no answer from him on online complain no.
