Complaint regarding blocking of account by Ajio

Ajio Blocked my account. Value: None

Highly unacceptable reason by the customer care that as in 2023 – 1 order was returned (with 1 exchange) and again in 2024 – 1 order was returned as did not fit the size/purpose, they have blocked the account without intimating the customer. It was never mentioned that returns are liable to get your account get blocked. customer care department who is highly unapologetic and not ready to provide with proper solution or connect me to some supervisor. Moreover disconnected the call. Basically Ajio is making customer realise that you are not valued at Ajio and it doesn’t matter if you don’t place order with us. Just for returning the non-suitable products back they just can’t block the account.
