Complaint regarding BSC Academy order

my test order has not been confirmed by bsc academy but ordered amount has been deducted. hello sir , i have placed an order a test series on bsc academy which order amount has been deducted from bank account but my purchased test is not shown in the dashboard what will i do.. how can i get my test series.
