Complaint regarding BSNL Mobile Recharge on Paytm portal

I recharged my BSNL phone number for an amount of Rs.397 for the Validity of “180days” along with the following description “unlimited voice calls+unlimited data (speed restricted to 40kbps after 2gb/day)+100 SMS/day” on 24 July 2023. But I stopped receiving the services after just 30 days on 24 August. I contacted BSNL and they told me that the recharge was just for 30 days only whereas PAYTM clearly mentioned 180 days in the description.
