Complaint regarding Cable TV poor and delayed services

Service delay. I have been using cable tv connection for the past 9 years from Sri Raghavendra Cable systems , Gudiyatham. Every time service is delayed to rectify the faults. I pay the monthly charges regularly. For the past 1 week Vijay TV is not coming in the list of channels. I contacted the service person number several times but till now my complaint is not attended. So kindly take necessary steps to resolve my complaint please. The mobile number which i contacted is 91xxxxxxx0.

Replacement of Khadai by Homeshop18: Pratibha Goel of Ambala cantt, Haryana (gpratibha.phy[@]gmail.com) bought a tawa, fry pan and khadai set from HS18. The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace. Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund. Refund from Suitslabel – Rs.990/-: Ms Dilna D, Trivandrum had placed an order for designer kurtis on Suitslabel 06-04-2019 against cash on delivery. Customer received a different product and not the same as shown in the portal and ordered by her. She emailed to them about the discrepancy but there was no response.
