Complaint regarding cable tv service after recharge

I paid for alacarta package, for the current month , which is Rs 165.02, thru Sbi netbanking. Since then no action, reply in this regard and i got it re subscribed by paying cash to the local operator.

The foll. Are my repeated requests.

1. Operators on toll free, doesnt resolve and claim issue resolved.
2. No action from nodal , or customer care people.
3. AP region contact person shrugged off, it belongs to Delhi office.
