Complaint regarding camera resolution in V7 mobile

we have purchase v7 on feb 2018 from retail shop, i complaint about the megapixel is not clear than it’s 24mp as show in website and advertisement. the camera is very lower than company provides on box print. the resolution of camera 720×1440 = 10 mp not 24 mp……..i need our full money return 15500/- and i already complaint the sevice center rohini but he is not capable to resolve this.

The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace. Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund. Refund from Suitslabel – Rs.990/-: Ms Dilna D, Trivandrum had placed an order for designer kurtis on Suitslabel 06-04-2019 against cash on delivery. Customer received a different product and not the same as shown in the portal and ordered by her. She emailed to them about the discrepancy but there was no response.
