I booked a unit in smart world gems sector 89 in Sep 2021 and got my allotment done latter, but I have only enquired about the cancellation process and wanted to known if in case i won’t be able to purchase it later what will be the Cancellation process and if there will be any deductions in that case, for which i dropped an email to them but they never reverted me back and later on when i started following up with them for the BBA process they informed that my unit is been cancelled (with informing me and without consent or confirmation) and they cancelled my unit without my knowledge and didn’t inform. later on after many exchanged e-mails they they acknowledged that my unit is not cancelled and is still active (they confirmed and acknowledged me on mail) and was told that they will reach out for BBA and the unit is not cancelled, but now they informed me after multiple follow up that they sold my unit without my consent or confirmation months ago.
Now they are forcing me to cancel the unit and asking me for my bank details & few documents to refund my 8.5 Lac, which i never wanted and wanted my unit back (which they already sold)
This is very shameful act and just to make extra money they are playing around with customers feelings and sentiments, which was never expected by developer like SMARTWORLD
I will further take up the matter to the higher authorities and RERA as well,
