Complaint regarding captcha work from HS Enterprise

I was checking for an a job online on quikr where an i got a call stating that my CV is shorlisted and there is an option of work from home and the registration amount will only be deducted after i get my salary and i agreed to it.
Now they have send me a mail stating that i have agreed to an agreement and it has different clause all together.
Its Captch work HS enterprise.
They are frauding a lot of people and need to be looked into the matter.
