I made an international booking using Make my trip where they promised a cashback of 6000 on the MMT wallet. Only when you try using the wallet to make another booking they say that you can use only Rs.450/500 for one booking. I had got a cashback of Rs.6000 (expires in 2 months) which means i need to make 12 flight bookings in two months. When i called customer service asking how anyone can possibly use this; they said that i should start booking tickets for all my friends and family …in short become a travel agent. This is FRAUD and misleading as once you say wallet everyone assumes that it will work like a Mobile wallet like PAYTM and the policy is designed in such a way that the customer cannot benefit at all. I think everyone booking flight tickets should go directly through the airline websites instead of MMT.
