I bought fossil watch from paytm on 6 th may where a code of FTR2800 was to be delivered within 20 days from the date of placing order as per their rules. Since 26th may, I am calling them, having 2-2 hour long talks but they dont provide me with any solution and instead ask me to wait for 24 hrs always or just cut the call within 1 and half hours without acknowledgement.
It’s been more than 15 days now after making constant effort making calls and putting infinite mails, there is no response from them.
I want my cashback amount and want to file a case against them of making fake rules and promises and keeping customer’s money with themselves through these cheating techniques. I also have all the mails, product details, call details.
