Complaint regarding Check in Baggage lost in Indigo

Checkin Baggage lost in Indigo. Value: 50000 to 60000

I took a flight from Pune to Jaipur on 17th Jan 24. When I arrived Jaipur I didnt get my bag which I checked in at departure. I was asked t fill a bag lost form at the airport and was told that they will get back within 24 hrs. Its been 5 days now and I am still struggling to get an update from the Indigo staff.

Refund from Air Asia – Rs. 2,660/- : Mr. Ramachandra Prabu of Chennai booked an Itinerary RICJGH on Air Asia airlines. The transaction failed during first time and the amount (Rs.2660) got deducted from my ICICI bank account. He raised a complaint with the airlines but got no response.
