Dear sir I am Airtel postpaid customer and I have Airtel secure subscription which provides Handset protection. My registered handset got damaged on April 19th Friday I try to claim the handset coverage from my Airtel application but couldn’t able do the same on Sunday 21st April called to customer care the executive told he will get back to me within 48hrs but no response till Wednesday 24th April so I once again called there is a same reply from them still waited Friday 26th I raised issue at Twitter then today 28th they registered my complaint and the Airtel secure executive called me and told I can’t able to claim it because I have to claim it with in 48hrs of my handset get damaged. Here these people are cheating by not activating the claim option both in website and Airtel app so kindly help me to teach a lesson to these corrupt corporate cheaters like Airtel.
Please do the needful hope for justice from your end
