Complaint regarding cloud hosting pro plan from hosting mela

Service not delivered because of an error. Value: 1698

I have purchased a cloud hosting pro plan from hosting mella. First of all I have selected my plan and added to cart then continue to proceed for login details I have entered login details like phone no. Address Gmail id And password then i have paid the amount then next to the payment page the was stuck and not happening anything and my user id and password has not created. Read screenshot
