I am an existing Club Jiva member. I purchased this membership on 31st march 2018. I have been missold Club Jiva membership by stating that the membership is suitable for me while later I found that it was not. I approached Club Jiva Office in Mumbai and have been explaining them my situation since last 9 months but they have very unsupportive regarding this. I was assured that I would receive my cancellation refund 4 months back but it is yet to be transferred. Also, I am yet to receive my DAE login ID and password which as per T&Cs should have been shared with me within 90 days of payment.
I have been fleeced and mentally harrassed by Club Jiva and I want a strict action to be taken against them along the refund of my membership fee with interest charges and harrassment penalty.
I have attached a document which will provide detailed account of what has happened.
