Have purchased Blue membership from Club Mahindra and later upgraded to Red membership within 1 month.
Employees Bxxxi and Sxxxxxxa promised first year ASF waiver,4 additional nights, CLUB M Membership, access to 100+ resorts.
After payments were cleared. got a call from Club Mahindra Customer care informing about access to only 52 resorts, since some are not operational. No ASF waiver, no additional nights, CLUB M Membership was provided 1 month of struggle.
Due to lack of their poor customer care/unresponsiveness /dishonoring their commitments, have decided to cancel the membership and seek full refund.
As per their latest email they are not willing to provide any refund, insisting on paying ASF and continuing the membership, even without no utilization of their services
Also found many people on social media facing a similar issue.
Employees are not picking up calls.
