Complaint regarding damage during servicing of O General AC unit

I purchased O General Ac in June 2022. During the servicing (First Paid Service) of unit on 30 Mar 2024 AC slipped from the hands of technician and some breakage was observed after unusual working of AC. They are still unable to repair the AC after regularly being in contact since 4 four months. Response from the company officials was also not appreciable. They are blaming the dealer for that and the dealer is asking me to contact the company. They are not even replacing the AC unit for the happening. Please Help
