This is regarding flipkart online shopping. It has been twice done to me. They send me damaged and used product. And when I filed a return request for the concern they are delaying the process of return. They are elapsing the time period for return of the product so that I have to forcefully keep the defected item. Whenever I try to reach out to them they say your request will soon be sorted out and no action taken after wards.
