Complaint regarding data entry job from freelance.com

Data entry fraud. Value: 3000 Inr. I am student from Gujarat and i apply in data entry job on freelance.com but in data entry they ask for security money to pay and start the job and at first i did not know the guy was fraud. Now he is not giving my money back and i am stuck.
