Complaint regarding data entry scam fraud

Respected Sir/Mam, There is a fraud scam group named (DIGITAL SERVICES) a data entry group, who called me and threaten me for breaching contract and tells me if I will not give the money then they take legal action against me without any purpose. There are fraud group phone numbers (6xxxxxxx9 / 8xxxxxxx6). Sir please take action against those fraud scammers. I will be highly obliged. Sir I attached the messages they was sent me.

Refund from Zenify – Rs.13,000/- : Ms. Sneha Joshi of Bangalore 560076, Karnataka availed flat rental services from Zenify. While terminating the services, Zenify refused to refund full amount and applied wrong charges. She posted her complaint on ICF portal on 18-02-2018 and the matter was taken up with the company. Refund from Citrus Checkinns – Rs.20,000/-: Mr. Vineet Mampilly of Navsari, Gujarat (Email: vineet.tm[at]gmail.com) paid on 15-04-2013 a sum of Rs.20,000/- on the basis of the vacation packages offered by the representatives of Citrus Checkinns.
