Complaint regarding data entry work from Reborn Services

I have taken a work from M/s. Reborn Services,  2, Krishna Vihar Colony,  Sodala, Ajmer road, Jaipur for data entry job (home based work) for which the owner has taken a security amount of Rs.30000+ Registration fee 1000. He provided me a manipulated data stating that such data is for matrimonial site shadi.com, however such data is totally fake. I have come to notice after doing such work for 10 days. later on I have searched on internet about reborn services, by which I have realized that this firm is also committed fraud with other peoples. this firm is also running a website as https://reborndataservices.com/ they takes security amount in the name of security for data entry and later on they forfeit such amount after completion of work by saying that such data is contains mistakes morethan 50%. I have gone to his office after 10 days and said to owner that such data is fake and bogus, now what to do, he simply refuse to pay any security amount and any payment for the work done. also he said that we may go to anywhere for filing complaints, he is nothing to worry. SO I have decided to file complain here. please support and take necessary action because he is continuously doing fraud with other innocent people. please take a strong action against him. and I am ready to do any support if required.
