Recently we had switched our Dish TV accounts from SD to HD. I had made online recharge on Rs. 2,000/- on 28th August to my new HD account. Suddenly the money was transferred to my old SD account on 2nd September. I have sent several emails and also made numerous calls to sort out the issue but they have not responded to resolve. Seems this needs proper investigation.
