Complaint regarding deduction by investment intermediate

It is inform that 2-5-2018 amount 295 debit my account towards investment intermediate with out my knowledge my account no is 30xxxxxxxx10,containment branch SBI, vizianagaram, Andhra Pradesh. Please get back the amount don’t debit such type of with out my knowledge other wise u r taking action.

Wrongful demand from Zoomcar – Rs.6,000/- : Mr. Avisek Chakraborty, Kolkata 700050, West Bengal availed car rental service from zoomcar in Bangalore on 16-12-2018. He had used the car for extra one hour and for which he paid additiona hire charges however the customer was presented with a demand Notice for additional Rs.6000/-.
