Complaint regarding defective Eureka Forbes

I bought RO in Eureka Forbes Cost 15890/- on 03/10/2017 it stops work from 03/11/2017,I gave a complaint person came, again in a day it was totally dead. Again I registered the complaint on 07/11/2017 till now no one came for service. They sold defective product, I gave lot of complaints, service people talking arrogantly, sales people disconnecting call. Need replacement of the product with proper service or refund amount required. Got frustrated, please do the needful.

Replacement of Khadai by Homeshop18: Pratibha Goel of Ambala cantt, Haryana (gpratibha.phy[@]gmail.com) bought a tawa, fry pan and khadai set from HS18. The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace. She posted her complaint with ICF on 18-05-2014 and after follow-up with Homeshop18 she got replacement by 24-05-2014. Amballa Cantt., Haryana

Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund. Refund from Suitslabel – Rs.990/-: Ms Dilna D, Trivandrum had placed an order for designer kurtis on Suitslabel 06-04-2019 against cash on delivery. Customer received a different product and not the same as shown in the portal and ordered by her. She emailed to them about the discrepancy but there was no response.
