I ordered a painting on myntra shopping app for Rs 2000. it reached on 1st august. the painting didn’t reach in good quality n I placed request for return. they accepted n asked me to selfship that which I sent to gurugram warehouse address provided by them by india post n tracking id confirmed delivery on 13 th august. for 2 weeks they kept on asking us to wait….until when we strongly asked they replied the painting is lost in their warehouse n they need product pictures which we clicked to find that….they found that item on 28 august n now same day they say that the painting failed quality check (which means it was damaged or used) and when I asked them exact reason they asked me to wait till 7 sept….and said they will reship my defective product….
which means seller denied that product n now they putting forward this excause. I feel I m cheated.
