Complaint regarding defective printer delivered by Flipkart

I purchased printer from Flipkart website but it is defective they are not returning back

Value: 25,000

My faulty printer is delivered on 23rd may but now I am trying to return this product because in this item have 7days return and refund policy but they are closed my problem in every time So please help me for this return ????????
