I have purchased a Mobile name is J Max G8X on 22 May 2023 which is defective one. I have already complaint against it on 23may 2023. I have already provide them required invoices and IME no. and defective images of mobile. But they not return this defective item and nor give my money. Too many times they take information from me but not take any action to take the defective mobile and give my money. Please help me as I really need my money to spend for my family.
