I purchased a smartwatch from Firebolt brand (model – Firebolt Max) and received the same on 09-06-2022. The watch screen was defective so I logged a complaint for that and they said new watch will be delivered in 2 days . Now it’s been more than a week but they are not responding to my notes in complaint section. And I gave my office address for delivery so I have to carry that box daily in my bag which is uncomfortable for me.
And now I feel this is an harassment from their part.

I would like to inform you that I was purchased Fire Bolt smart watch through the Flipcart an received watch on 30.08.2024 and company has given one year brand warranty and I have taken one year extenwarranty
Now the display of watch not coming and complete dead my watch several times I was contacted to Flipcart and Firebold but no response from them.
Therefore I would request you to resolve problem.
