I had booked Pattaya-Bangkok tour for 6 days and 5 nights through Make my trip. Upon arrival in Bangkok Make my trip(MMT) didn’t do arrangements for transfer from Bangkok Airport to hotel in Pattaya.It was clearly mentioned all the transfers and site seeing was included in the trip. But they left me totally on my own in a foreign country!!
I mailed them several times and called them many times
They replied back on email stating that they would arrange for a reimbursement and I had to furnish all the bills to them, which I did immediately during and after completion of the trip.
Now they are replying saying that need more time to investigate the matter as to why I didn’t get any service from them. I told them to settle my payments and end this in a smooth manner.
They are simply chosen to ignore all this. That’s why I approached hed this forum to seek any help and take appropriate action against MMT. Also I am hoping to end my misery.
I am mailing atleast 5 times a day.
Hence I sincerely request you to help me with this issue
The package included hotel stays with complimentary breakfast which was available
It also included siteseeing, airport transfers which was not provided to me for which I had to spend on my own.
They left me all alone in a foreign country.
Please help me
