Complaint regarding delay in bus service

Bus from Mumbai to Bangalore delayed for 4+ hrs. Value: 1300

I booked a bus from Mumbai to Bangalore for 22nd December 10am pickup from chembur.

It’s been 4+hrs and the bus has not arrived. The driver just says they are on the way but they just keep me waiting. This cause a lot of issues for all the passengers

Refund from Air Asia – Rs. 2,660/- : Mr. Ramachandra Prabu of Chennai booked an Itinerary RICJGH on Air Asia airlines. The transaction failed during first time and the amount (Rs.2660) got deducted from my ICICI bank account. He raised a complaint with the airlines but got no response.
