Complaint regarding delay in delivery by Ecom Express

I purchased an item from meesho with delivery by Ecom Express .  That was expected to be delivered by 06th October, 2021. But, the courier service is intentionally delaying the delivery.  I contacted them twice and both times, they registered complains without any real intention to solve the issue.
That was a gift item. I am facing embarrassment because of their delay. Therefore, I want to lodge a complain of heckling against the courier service.

    I soham DHONGDE of aurangabad ordered a derma CO product on 28 November 2023 and it’s been more than 9 days and I didn’t received my parcel yet and the delivery boy is not trying also to deliver.he didn’t contact me also and in website it shows product undelivered.
    Pls take necessary actions regarding ecom Express
