Complaint regarding delay in delivery by flipkart

I placed the order for the product nike slides in the big billion days sale oragnized by flipkart and was slated to recieve the product on 23 of october all the while the product’s origin and destination are from the same city bangalore even then i paid no mind to it as i was not in a hurry to recieve the product and had requested the flipkart team to try to deliver the product early if possible the flipkart team now says they attempted the delivery on 21st on october which they did not and said the will resolve by 30th of october which was then pushed to 2nd of november and now pushed to 3rd of november seeking some clarity from the team
