I ordered my books from ICAI. Books were sent through Overnite express limited. The books were dispatched to my nearest hub (Sodepur Branch), West Bengal on 9th September, 2018 but it has not yet been delivered to me. Complain was filed by me to their mail ids on 25th September, 2018 But no response has yet been received by me. I had telephonic conversation in customer care but matter has not yet been resolved. Courier tracking id i.e. AWB is 7261383415. Books are required urgently still it has not got delivered.
