I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against GTPL Ghodasar Branch, as I have not received the refund that was promised to me. It has now been 25 days, and despite numerous follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved.
I have called the company multiple times, only to be met with rude responses from their representatives. They had assured me that the refund would be processed within 24-48 hours, but this commitment has proven to be false. I have documented our discussions, including screenshots of their promises, which clearly indicate their intention to mislead and delay the process.
This behavior feels fraudulent, as they continue to make false promises without any intention of resolving the issue. I kindly request your assistance in addressing this matter and ensuring that I receive the refund that is rightfully owed to me.
