I planned to travel together with my wife Priya Manjunath and my daughter Advika Arun from frankfurt to Bangalore on 25th December using Air India airlines. Due to uncertainties because of new coronavirus strain from UK, we have cancelled our flight by calling to air India toll free number.
I have been waiting for the refund from past one and half months. I have contacted the air line customer service and e-commerce department multi times on refund. I have got any response from them so far and I am in need of money to book my tickets in the coming days and I am in shortage of fund. I am hereby requesting to solve this problem.
