Complaint regarding delivery charge by Myntra

I have purchased one dress from myntra and it delivered on 19.11.2023. Due to some reason I was not comfortable with my purchase and I request for refund. I have raised my refund request within one hour of receiving the product. But the refund amount is showing rs. 1005,where i pay rs. 1114 at time time of payment. Then where is my rs. 109. As it was a COD order rs. 10 was the COD charges. So I understand that COD was my choice. I can pay rs. 10 for that. But rs. 99?? No other shopping platform is doing so. And if myntra wants to charge for delivery fee they have to mentioned that thing at the final page of billing.

Replacement of Khadai by Homeshop18: Pratibha Goel of Ambala cantt, Haryana (gpratibha.phy[@]gmail.com) bought a tawa, fry pan and khadai set from HS18. The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace. Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund. Refund from Suitslabel – Rs.990/-: Ms Dilna D, Trivandrum had placed an order for designer kurtis on Suitslabel 06-04-2019 against cash on delivery. Customer received a different product and not the same as shown in the portal and ordered by her. She emailed to them about the discrepancy but there was no response.
