Complaint regarding delivery of empty parcel by PayTM

A few days before I’ve booked a combo product from Paytm. The product was delivered yesterday (31-05-2018). One item was in the box but the other was not in the box, the box was empty and the box was sealed. I have complained to Paytm, they told us, “They will send me an e-mail regarding the solve of the problem. But still now (01-06-2018) no e-mail is received. I’ve booked the item with Rs. 610/- and received Rs. 200/- wallet cash. That means PayTm & the Sailor cheat Rs. 410/-. Please Sir help me to get my money back. Order ID – 5240485674.
