Complaint regarding delivery of Moto E4 Plus by Flipkart

I purchased a mobile (moto e4 plus ) on 24 th September in the flipcart website . The delivery address was at 517325 postal area but the flipcart delivery boy saying that it was in location 517425 . After talking with he said he will transfer the package to my location.. 5 days completed but there is no update from their side . Tracking id is Ekart logistics FMPP0111328661
