I have bought a Dell AIO above mentioned system on 6th June, 2016. After receiving an Security Update from Dell on 15th May, 2017, the system did not turn up again. After talking to Dell Technical Support they found out that it was a motherboard issue and the motherboard needed to be replaced. However after constant talking to DELL Support still no parts are replaced and the system is still down. They are also unwilling to even commit on the date of part availability. Even the part they want to replace (motherboard) in this case is going to be a refurbished one as per Dell instead of new one.
