On 3 January I received my Dell inspiron laptop from Jio mart. But I found that the warranty of my laptop is already expired. Then I contacted dell and they said that jio mart’s invoice is incomplete as the service tag number is not mentioned in invoice. Also sometimes the curser was not working. I checked in jio mart app that I can return this item under 7 days after product delivered so I applied for return. Now it’s being 14 days (as I requested to return on 5th jan 2024) still no response from jio mart. I called daily in accelerate department. They are saying again and again to wait. But no return done after 2 weeks. I paid 57,749 rs through Emi. I am so pissed of with jio mart because they are fooling me. Help me in this. I want my refund and not this expired laptop
