I had purchased a DELL XPS 15- 9560 on September 27th, 2017. My laptop was fine till three weeks back, now it is heating up terribly. When i go on the Dell.com/support website and enter my service code/tag it says my POW(parts only warranty is available till 27 September 2018.
When i called the helpline to ask them to help me fix the problem they say I am only allowed phone support and any other additional services are chargeable.
Please help me out I spent my year long savings on this laptop which costed me around 1.5 lakh rupees and is performing worse than my previously owned acer laptop priced at 30,000 rupees.
MY MAJOR CONCERN IS THAT I SHOULD GET WARRANTY AS STATED ON THE DELL WEBSITE.
